Agreement between the City of Brooklyn and the Flatbush Railroad Company 1870

This document, signed by Mayor Martin Kalbfleish of the City of Brooklyn, confirms an agreement between the city and the Flatbush Railroad Company for the laying of streetcar tracks in conformity with Brooklyn city streets.
